HealthWay Announces Daniel Phalen as New CEO

Experienced Leader to Drive Innovation and Growth in Indoor Air Quality Industry

PULASKI, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HealthWay proudly announces that executive team member Daniel Phalen will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Phalen previously served as HealthWay’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, and sales operations while leading continuous improvement projects. HealthWay thanks former CEO Jeffrey Pecoroni for his hard work, dedication, and inspirational leadership and wishes him well in his new endeavors.

About Dan Phalen

Phalen has a diverse background and has been an asset to HealthWay during his tenure. He brings a variety of commercial, operational, and general management experience across public and private equity-owned businesses. He most recently served as executive vice president and general manager of multiple business units for Current Lighting. He also held the position of president at Venture Lighting International, spearheading business transformation and driving significant revenue growth. His earlier experiences include progressive leadership roles at Cooper Lighting, Siemens, and General Electric.

Phalen stressed the importance of indoor air quality (IAQ), stating, “IAQ is essential for several reasons, as it has a significant impact on health, comfort, and overall well-being.
