Consilio Wins Comparably Awards for Best Career Growth and Best Leadership Teams

The awards are based on employee feedback over the 12-month period from May 2023 through May 2024.

The award for Best Career Growth measures employees’ confidence about professional growth at their company. It includes sample questions including how often they receive valuable feedback from their managers, if the work they do is challenging, if they have a mentor, and how satisfied they are with their professional development and job advancement opportunities. The award for Best Leadership Teams is based on how employees rated their CEO, leadership team, and direct managers.

For example, the Consilio Leadership Academy (CLA) is a 10-month leadership program that brings together a diverse cohort of high-potential leaders to prepare them for future executive positions at Consilio, enhancing opportunities for career growth.
