Easterly Asset Management Appoints John Carbone as Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales

Carbone will lead institutional sales as Easterly continues to provide clients with solutions to improve their portfolios.

BEVERLY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Easterly Asset Management (“Easterly”), home to investment teams providing investors with a portfolio of solutions across alternatives, active equity and active fixed income, today announced the appointment of John Carbone as Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales. Carbone will focus on selling Easterly’s suite of solutions to institutional investors.

Carbone’s expertise lies in forging and sustaining client relationships through various market environments. For three decades, he has worked with institutional investors including banks, pension plans, retirement services and insurance companies to help clients reach their specialized investment objectives.

Prior to joining Easterly, Carbone was a Senior Vice President and Head of Retirement Investment Solutions with Alger where he led Alger’s retirement business and represented Alger’s full suite of investment products with institutional investors. Prior to Alger, Carbone held various sales and relationship management positions, including Vice President and Director of Institutional Investments at Bank of New York Mellon, Managing Director of Institutional Sales at The Hartford, Vice President at Dreyfus Retirement Services, and Client Account Manager at Hewitt Associates.
