Throughout his tenure at CORT, Shayne has held impactful roles such as Service Center Best Demonstrated Practices Champion and National Best Demonstrated Practices Champion. His work as an EQ trainer and coach played a significant role in promoting an EQ-centric culture across various districts. Before his tenure at CORT, Shayne served a two-year mission in Minnesota and Wisconsin, followed by a 12-year tenure at UPS, where he spent the last ten years in operations management. He then managed operations in the manufacturing sector at Gateway Computer for three years.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Shayne is a devoted family man, married to his wife Denise for 37 years, and a proud father and grandfather. He is passionate about high-adventure outdoor activities, especially given the breathtaking landscapes of Utah.
