RestorePoint.ai Appoints David Iannacconi Vice President of Sales

Provider of Secure DataOps as a Service hires former NetApp and AWS executive to lead worldwide sales organization

ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RestorePoint.ai, the Secure Managed Data as a Service company, today announced it has named David Iannacconi, Vice President of Sales. David has more than 30 years of experience building and leading high-performance sales teams for data management, cloud and managed services vendors including Amazon Web Services (AWS), NetApp, IBM and VMware.

David joins RestorePoint.ai from NetApp where led worldwide sales and go to market programs for Amazon FSx for NetApp Ontap (FSxN), a fully managed, high-performance data management service. Previously, he served as worldwide leader for Transformation Acceleration Programs at AWS where he built and trained a high-performing salesforce focused on accelerating customers’ cloud transformation through the adoption of the AWS platform. At IBM, David was North American Leader, Business Development for VMware Solutions & Developer Services. He has also held senior cloud sales leadership positions at VMware and Terremark (a Verizon company). He holds an Executive MBA from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
