ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Enviro-Safe Pest Control, Inc. (Enviro-Safe) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a TSCP portfolio company. Located in Perrineville, New Jersey, Enviro-Safe is a provider of commercial pest control services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

PestCo is a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
