With ICIC’s partnership, the 2023 Impact Report highlights Arctaris Impact’s work in three different communities with case studies in Lima, OH, CO (statewide), and Baltimore, MD. These case studies show the Arctaris Place-Based Program in action at three different stages: at the very start of the partnership, after a few investments have been made, and after years of Arctaris Impact’s presence and investment.
