Jackson Nurse Professionals Announces Appointment of President Kim Howard

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jackson Nurse Professionals, a leading provider in the healthcare staffing industry, today announced it has appointed Kim Howard as company president.

Howard brings a wealth of experience and expertise in healthcare staffing and workforce solutions to her new role, having dedicated her career to helping ensure client needs are met with the right blend of highly qualified clinicians placed when and where they’re needed to help ensure quality care and positive patient outcomes. With more than 20 years in the market, she has worked in a wide range of leadership roles – including those in client services, sales and business development, and managed service provider (MSP) programs – at some of the largest firms in the healthcare staffing industry.

Prior to joining Jackson Nurse Professionals, Howard was chief client officer at Nomad Healthcare, a leader in the marketplace technology space in allied and travel nurse staffing – and a two year (2022 and 2023) recipient of Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Global Power 150 Women in Staffing” honor, which recognizes those who have made significant contributions to the workforce ecosystem.
