With an extensive background in behavioral healthcare and healthcare management, Marsh brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.

Marsh joins Bradford Health Services with a rich history of leadership roles within the behavioral healthcare industry, including oversight of multi-site and individual facilities across the United States. Marsh has been an effective, and dynamic leader amongst prior employers including, 360 Behavioral Health, Kindred Healthcare, and Acadia Healthcare. In his prior leadership roles as Division President at Acadia Healthcare and Chief Operating Officer at Kindred Healthcare, Marsh oversaw over two dozen behavioral healthcare facilities with over 1,000 licensed beds, including substance use disorder treatment centers, and was responsible for driving clinical and operational excellence. Most recently, as CEO of 360 Behavioral Health, Marsh spearheaded strategic initiatives that led to the expansion into 3 new states all while reducing employee turnover by over 30%.
