ICSC LAS VEGAS, Commercial Real Estate’s Largest Gathering, Returns in 2024

Keynote speaker, Nick Saban, legendary college football coach, to share insights on overcoming adversity to achieve victory

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ICSC announced today that ICSC LAS VEGAS, the world’s largest commercial real estate gathering, will return to Las Vegas, Nevada from May 19 through 21. Blending forward-looking insights and historical perspective, this year’s event will examine the ever-evolving industry landscape and the experiences that shape it.

“ICSC LAS VEGAS, the world’s largest gathering of commercial real estate professionals, once again convenes those in all sectors of the industry for valuable dealmaking and networking opportunities,” said ICSC President and CEO Tom McGee. “The audience at this year’s event reflects the evolution of our industry, as traditionally retail-focused operators continue to expand into multi-use, including office, residential, industrial, and more. Participants at ICSC’s action-packed three-day event will be able to build relationships with one another at one of the event’s many receptions, learn from industry leaders at informative content sessions, and connect with an array of product and service providers, alongside tenants, developers, property managers, and more in the exhibit hall.”

This year, content sessions highlighting trends and challenges facing the industry will be hosted at an expanded space to accommodate anticipated high attendance. The 30-minute power sessions include Urban and Suburban Renewal Strategies: Lessons from Successful Revitalization Projects and Shifting Store Formats: The Impact on Tenant Mixes, Leases and Portfolio. Attendees will also learn from ICSC LAS VEGAS keynote speaker and seven-time National Coach of the Year Nick Saban on overcoming adversity. At Professional Development Workshops, participants will gain valuable perspectives from industry experts on career advancement, as well as relevant industry topics, such as the role of artificial intelligence, public-private partnerships, the value of experiences, and more.

The exhibit hall welcomes back exhibitors from past years, as well as several new exhibitors, including Knitwell Group, a powerhouse in specialty apparel with brands like Ann Taylor, Chico’s, and Loft, and home improvement giant Lowe’s Cos. Several new municipalities will also be in attendance.

Attendees are welcome to celebrate excellence at the ICSC Global Awards Ceremony, where winners of ICSC’s prestigious MAXI Awards, honoring innovative events, programs, and technology driving the Marketplaces Industry forward, and Visual Victories Awards, recognizing remarkable achievements in visual merchandising across retail, kiosks, and marketing campaigns, will be announced.
