UTEX Unveils Next Phase of Expansion Strategy

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UTEX Industries, Inc., an industry leading provider of innovative sealing solutions, announced that Charlie Thompson has been named President and Chief Executive Officer. Piotr Galitzine, the Chief Executive Office since October 2021, was responsible for a series of successful post-restructuring changes and leaves UTEX in a healthy financial position with a quality management and operating team.

Charlie recently was the CEO of Nuverra Environmental Solutions and Chairman of the Board of Pioneer Energy Services. He is a partner at PinHigh Capital. These assignments followed a long career in commercial and investment banking.
