Gryphon Adds Business Strategy Veteran Jeff Morton, former founder of ACA Compliance Group, as Senior Advisor

Morton’s deep business and financial experience, combined with his corporate strategy expertise, will provide critical support as the company continues to expand its growth strategy.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gryphon Strategies, LLC, a global leader in investigations and business intelligence, today announced the appointment of Jeff Morton as a senior advisor to the firm.

Morton has deep expertise in strategic planning, business development, process improvement and merger and acquisitions. He will advise on the company’s corporate strategy and business development initiatives as well as help drive service and process improvements, expanding the company’s proposition to its valued clients.

Jeff currently serves as Managing Partner for Auxo Advisors, a boutique consulting and advisory firm. Jeff advises companies to help them understand and anticipate market opportunities, manage risk and plan for growth. Prior to Auxo, Jeff co-founded and served on the management committee of ACA Compliance Group, one of the largest global GRC companies providing advisory and technology-oriented solutions across the regulatory compliance, cybersecurity and privacy and financial crimes industries. Prior to ACA, Jeff served as a Securities Compliance Examiner and Staff Accountant for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission overseeing and regulating a variety of financial services firms, including global investment banks, private equity firms and hedge fund managers.
