Before joining Validus, Wayne was a Wealth Manager at Mariner Wealth Advisors, where he helped UHNW families and closely held entities navigate complicated tax structures, estate planning, investment, gift and income strategies. Prior to working at Mariner, Wayne was an experienced tax professional with Apercen Partners, LLC, where he focused on tax compliance and consulting services for UHNW clients.
