USA Today Names CCC a Top Workplace for Third Year in a Row

CCC Recognized by USA Today as an Organization That Has Built a Great Workplace Culture

DANVERS, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CCC, a leader in advancing copyright, accelerating knowledge, and powering innovation, has been named to the Top Workplaces USA 2024 list by USA Today for the third consecutive year.

The Top Workplaces USA awards offer recognition to mid-size and large organizations with at least 150 employees, including those with operations in multiple geographic markets. Organizational winners were identified solely based on employee feedback gathered through the Energage employee engagement survey compiled throughout all 12 months of 2023.

“A Top Workplaces award brings a company’s culture strengths to the national stage, helping them differentiate in a fiercely competitive landscape,” said Eric Rubino, CEO, Energage. “It’s a morale-boosting honor for the workforce and an effective magnet for attracting top-tier talent.”

“Being named a top workplace in the United States for the third year in a row is an honor for CCC, and I’m grateful to my colleagues for their contributions which are the foundation of our culture,” said Tracey Armstrong, President and CEO, CCC. “The USA Today award is recognition of the investments our team continues to make in fostering a healthy and positive employee experience.”

Founded in 1978, CCC provides copyright licensing solutions, information services, and cloud software solutions. CCC is committed to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive (DEI) workplace. CCC’s DEI Employee Resource Group launched a pilot Girls Who Code team at the elementary school level in 2023 and piloted the first chapter north of Boston last year. CCC is a member of the Mass Technology Leadership Council (MassTLC), whose mission is to accelerate innovation, growth, and development of an inclusive tech ecosystem in Massachusetts, and is also a member of the North Shore Juneteenth Association, an emerging 501 (c)(3) organization of community leaders creating awareness about Juneteenth, educating the community about positive aspects of Black American culture, and dismantling racism by using events and programming as tools of change.

In 2023, the Boston Globe named CCC a Top Place to Work in Massachusetts and a Top 100 Women-Led Business in Massachusetts.
