Tim Edwards Joins Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President in Real Estate Specialty

New York broker will service real estate and hospitality clients with large property risks

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tim Edwards has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President, Alliant Specialty, within the company’s Real Estate & Hospitality specialty vertical. Based in New York, Edwards will focus on placing and servicing large property risks, including complex shared and layered programs.

Edwards has spent the past decade of his career on the property broking side, focused in the real estate sector, including multifamily, hospitality and commercial offices. Prior to becoming a broker, Edwards began his career on the property underwriting side.

Edwards previously served as Senior Vice President – West Coast Property Leader for a leading insurance brokerage and consulting firm. He holds the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and ARM (Associate in Risk Management) designations.
