Seda North America Recertified as Great Place To Work With Many Improved Key Scores

MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seda North America announced it has again been awarded Great Place To Work Certification.

This prestigious certification by the global authority on workplace culture recognises Seda’s success in building an inclusive workplace that unlocks high levels of team collaboration, innovation and financial performance. Not only did Seda North America score highly all round once again, but it achieved significant improvements in many key areas.

An impressive 77% of respondents declared “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work,” compared with 71% in 2023 and 57% in a typical US Company.

There were similar improvements for Camaraderie, Credibility, Fairness, Pride and Respect, which ranged between 71% and 78%.

The response rate rose to 81% of employees participating compared with 71% in 2023.
