ZMC Announces Promotion of Anastasia Marras to Chief Financial Officer

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ZMC (“ZMC” or the “Firm”), a leading middle market private equity firm focused on investments in the media, communications, entertainment and technology sectors, is pleased to announce the promotion of Anastasia Marras to Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Ms. Marras joined ZMC in 2017 as Controller and most recently held the position of Director of Finance.

Prior to joining ZMC, Ms. Marras worked for SS&C Private Equity Services, Inc. and Citi Private Equity Services, Inc. as a Vice President, where she was responsible for managing fund administration and financial reporting for several large institutional and non-institutional private equity clients.

Ms. Marras received her BS in Finance from Marymount Manhattan College and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Baruch's Zicklin School of Business.
