Jensen Investment Management Welcomes Two New Equity Ownership Shareholders

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jensen Investment Management (“Jensen”), a 100% employee-owned active equity investment management firm, is pleased to welcome Phil Bennett and Sarah Stevens as its newest employee shareholders. Additionally, Philomena Ferree and Sarah Doxsee have added to their positions.

Phil joined Jensen in July 2022 as Director of Institutional Sales and Client Service and has a distinguished track record in client services roles at asset management companies. He previously spent four years at Thornburg Investment Management where he served as Regional Director for Western US and Canada. Before that he spent nearly five years at Mellon Capital.

Sarah is a Manager in the Private Client business. She joined Jensen in 2015 and has 20 years of experience in administrative support roles at law, engineering and financial firms.

Meanwhile, Philomena Ferree and Sarah Doxsee are adding to their ownership positions in the firm. Philomena is a Manager in the Private Client business, while Sarah is a Compliance Officer.

Jensen manages approximately $13.5 billion (as of February 2024) across three investment strategies: Jensen Quality Growth, Jensen Quality Value and Jensen Global Quality Growth. Ownership of the firm is shared among more than 50% of Jensen’s employees.
