ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia (Anthem) President Robert Bunch was recently recognized by Atlanta Magazine as one of Atlanta Magazine's Top 500. This group of elite leaders was selected by the media group as “Atlanta’s 500 most powerful leaders.”

Atlanta Magazine noted that “we spent months consulting experts and sorting through nominations to get a list of the city's most influential people—from artists to chefs to philanthropists to sports coaches and corporate CEOs.”

Bunch is listed with 52 other education and healthcare leaders in Georgia, including heads of hospital systems, school systems, and higher education institutions across the peach state.

Throughout his career at Anthem, Bunch has held various leadership positions including sales, account management, product development; government and regulatory compliance; systems integration; and business migration activity, along with responsibility for various systems and application programming teams. He currently serves on the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Executive Board, the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board, the Atlanta Rotary, and the Blue Ventures Advisory Fund.
