Biagio Bigica Joins Edgar Matthews & Co. as a Principal

The addition expands the Firm’s capital markets and strategic advisory capabilities and bolsters client coverage across specialty finance, asset-backed credit and alternative asset management

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Edgar Matthews & Co. (“Edgar Matthews”) is pleased to announce that Biagio Bigica has joined Edgar Matthews as a Principal.

Biagio brings significant experience advising clients across capital markets, M&A advisory, and fund finance. In alignment with our mission, he will focus on expanding our suite of client solutions across capital solutions and M&A, materially increasing the density and capacity of client coverage.

Most recently, Biagio was a senior banker at Avalon Net Worth, a middle-market investment banking firm with a network of groups that includes Avalon Securities, Ltd., Net Worth Solutions Inc., and Cambridge Wilkinson LLC. In his role, Biagio spearheaded client coverage and execution across specialty finance, financial services, and private credit. He also brings transaction experience in other segments including, consumer products, business services, and industrials, working on several innovative transactions over the course of his career.
