Josie Lowman Joins Ryan as Principal in Insurance Tax Consulting Practice

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, recently announced that Josie Lowman has joined the Firm as Principal in the Insurance Tax Consulting practice. She will be based in Ryan’s New York City office.

Before joining Ryan, Josie was responsible for building and leading the state insurance tax practice team at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Managing Director. Prior to that, she held numerous positions related to state tax at AIG and private practice as a tax attorney at Jones Day.

She holds an LL.M. degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology from Wellesley College.
