VISTA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--La Jolla Vein & Vascular adds new specialist to offer dermatology services in Vista. Dr. Heidi Busch, MD, a highly experienced and board-certified dermatologist, will be joining the practice to open the dermatology clinic. With her expertise in general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology, Dr. Busch brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine commitment to patient care. This integration of specialties ensures that patients receive comprehensive and holistic care for vascular and skin conditions, which often overlap. About Dr. Heidi Busch, M.D.:

Dr. Heidi Busch has been board certified by the American Board of Dermatology since 2001. She graduated with honors from UC San Diego in 1990, with a double major in Physiology and Psychology. She then earned her medical degree in 1994 from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, while on a military scholarship. Dr. Busch completed her internship year at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. She was then selected to be a Naval Flight Surgeon (a squadron physician), and was assigned to the famous VMA-214 Black Sheep Squadron at the Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, AZ. Next, she completed her Dermatology Residency at the nationally acclaimed dermatology program at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. Dr. Busch is held in high regard by her colleagues for her meticulous nature, diagnostic skill, and the genuine caring she has for her patients.
