Experity Announces Recipients of Limelight Awards at 2024 Urgent Care Connect Conference

Third annual urgent care industry awards honor exceptional professionals impacting their communities through innovation, operational excellence, and leadership

Winners were recognized during the annual conference hosted by Experity, the largest for the on-demand healthcare industry. UCC provides U.S. urgent care leaders and operators with a forum to discuss strategies, experiences, and ongoing challenges in the industry, with the goal of strengthening the healthcare ecosystem.

Victor Mora, Chief Operating Officer at MetroDoc Urgent Care was presented with the Staff Award, which recognizes leaders who inspire clinical staff to excellence by empowering others, leading by example, supporting high performers, and driving business values in a dynamic market.

This year's leadership award was presented to Courtney Stevens, Vice President of Clinical Services at CHR Healthcare. Stevens exemplifies an urgent care professional who prioritizes operational excellence by focusing on clinical speed and efficiency, committing to accuracy, being an engaged team player, and providing exceptional patient experience.

Visionary Award

Betsy Koickel, Medical Director at Memorial Health’s GoHealth Urgent Care has been awarded the visionary accolade. Koickel has shown the importance of leadership that inspires effectual change in an evolving market. She adapts to the urgent care market by implementing creative solutions, offering valuable community support, and delivering a positive patient experience.
