Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope®, Inc. Acquires Midwest Glass Fabricators

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, Inc. (“OBE”) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Midwest Glass Fabricators, Inc. (“Midwest Glass”). Founded by the Iaquinto family in 1989, Midwest Glass is a leading glass fabricator in the Midwest. Headquartered in Highland, Michigan, Midwest Glass specializes in manufacturing commercial and consumer architectural glass products.
