Neal Gerber Eisenberg Expands Labor & Employment Practice with Addition of Jonathan Ksiazek

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Neal Gerber Eisenberg (NGE) is pleased to announce the addition of Jonathan (Jon) Ksiazek as a partner in the Labor & Employment practice group. He joins NGE from Chicago law firm Robbins DiMonte, where he was a shareholder.

An experienced trial lawyer, Ksiazek has represented employers in a wide range of labor and employment litigation, from discrimination cases under Title VII and the Illinois Human Rights Act to claims involving unpaid wages and trade secrets. He has a long track record of success in both state and federal courts, having acted as first or second chair in more than two dozen trials over the course of his career, including in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

“Beyond his successful trial experience, Jon brings a commitment to client service and a passion for helping others that aligns well with our firm’s approach,” said Bobby Gerber, NGE Managing Partner. “We’re excited to welcome him to our talented team of labor and employment attorneys.”

Outside of his litigation work, Ksiazek provides counseling to clients related to employment agreements, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, wage disputes, employee handbooks, employment law training, and terminations.

“Jon’s depth and breadth of trial experience will be an excellent resource for our clients and their diverse array of labor and employment needs,” said Bill Tarnow, chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. “He is a wonderful addition to our firm, and I look forward to working with him.”

Ksiazek received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and his B.A. from Northwestern University.
