California Pizza Kitchen Debuts First of Six Seasonal Menus for 2024 with New Salad, the Return of a Fan Favorite Pizza, and a Classic Cocktail Twist

Korean BBQ Steak Pizza is back by popular demand on new Winter menu, along with CPK’s new Miso Shrimp Salad and Tito ‘Rita cocktail

COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is kicking off a year of exciting specials and surprises with three bold and refreshing limited time only menu items.

Starting January 30, guests can enjoy two flavorful dishes and a classic cocktail with a twist. The Korean BBQ Steak Pizza is back by popular demand for guests who loved the spin on CPK’s Original BBQ Chicken pizza when it first launched last October. The pizza is ​packed with charred steak, Korean BBQ sauce and melted mozzarella, and topped with spicy sriracha-lime hot sauce. Guests may also enjoy the new Miso Shrimp Salad with its delicious mix of napa and red cabbage, fresh avocado, cucumber, and edamame, topped with crispy wontons and scallions, all tossed in CPK’s signature honey-miso dressing. Guests can pair these tasty dishes with another spin on a classic, the Tito ‘Rita. The Tito ‘Rita switches up the everyday margarita substituting tequila for Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Cointreau, agave, and fresh lemon and lime juice for the perfect citrusy taste.

• Miso Shrimp Salad: Napa and red cabbage, avocado, cucumber, edamame, crispy wontons, and scallions, tossed in our signature honey-miso dressing.​

• Tito ‘Rita: Tito’s Handmade Vodka, with Cointreau, agave, fresh lemon and lime juices, and a half salt rim.
