OceanSound Partners Hires Julie Marracino to Lead Investor Relations

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OceanSound Partners (“OceanSound”), a private equity firm that invests in technology and technology-enabled services companies serving government and highly-regulated enterprise end-markets, today announced it has hired Julie Marracino as Principal of Investor Relations. Ms. Marracino will be responsible for OceanSound’s investor relations and fundraising activities.

Ms. Marracino brings more than 10 years of industry experience to her new role at OceanSound, joining from TCV, where she served as Vice President of Investor Relations & Capital Formation. At TCV, she was responsible for ongoing investment support, fundraising, and client coverage for limited partners across the Northeast, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. Previously, Marracino spent nearly nine years at The Blackstone Group, where she last served as a Principal after several promotions in the firm’s Private Equity Institutional Client Services & Investor Relations group.
