Steven Steven named Vice President, Corporate Finance

BOSTON & SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Venti Technologies, a world leader in AI-powered autonomous vehicle logistics, today announced the appointment of Steven Steven as Vice President, Corporate Finance.

Steven is a seasoned corporate development and finance professional who brings to Venti extensive experience and proven success in capital raising and corporate financial strategy. As Vice President, Corporate Finance, Steven will manage all aspects of Venti’s financial operations for long-term sustainability and growth, including fundraising, accounting and reporting functions, and growth strategy.

“I am thrilled to welcome Steven to the Venti team. He is a results-driven finance executive who has created value for emerging companies through disciplined fiscal management,” said Heidi Wyle, PhD, Founder & CEO of Venti Technologies. “Building upon our $28.8 million Series A financing in 2023, Steven will play a vital role in Venti’s financial and business growth.”

Steven started his career with J.P. Morgan in New York in Consumer and Retail Investment Banking and worked in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as debt and equity capital markets transactions. He then joined Tokopedia (now GoTo) in Indonesia as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations where he led fundraising efforts for multiple private rounds and played a key role in the Gojek-Tokopedia merger—then the largest M&A transaction in Southeast Asia—creating the top digital ecosystem in Indonesia. Steven helped drive GoTo’s 2022 listing on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and led investments in AgriTech, FinTech, InsurTech and media start-ups.

“Venti’s AI-powered autonomy technology will revolutionize the global movement of goods across supply chain and industrial environments, and I am excited to work with Venti’s talented team to sustain its remarkable progress,” said Steven. “Heidi and I are committed to effectively managing Venti’s resources to achieve our growth goals and lead Venti through its next phase of expansion.”
