FORM, The Virtual Obesity Medicine Clinic, Announces Two Strategic Commercial Hires

Carey Hutchins Has Joined the Company as Vice President, Client Success; Tom Kahl as Vice President, Sales

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, FORM, the virtual obesity medicine clinic, announced the hiring of Carey Hutchins as Vice President, Client Success, and Tom Kahl as Vice President, Sales. Both hires bring extensive experience helping early-stage technology and healthcare companies scale and deliver exceptional results for clients.

“The obesity care market is increasingly crowded and confusing with vendors making a wide range of claims. It’s critical for FORM to grow our team strategically with proven leaders who can guide our clients through this space and ensure success,” said Jen Cressman, Chief Commercial Officer at FORM. “I am thrilled that we have added two well-respected veterans in Carey Hutchins and Tom Kahl. Both Carey and Tom operate with a level of integrity and market knowledge that is consistent with FORM's expert approach to obesity care. I have no doubt our clients will benefit tremendously from their addition to our team.”

Carey Hutchins is a veteran in the digital healthcare space, with nearly 20 years of experience leading client success and building best-in-class service models that allow early-stage organizations to scale, while achieving outstanding outcomes for clients. Carey has a rich background in the telehealth space, having managed strategic client partnerships at MDLIVE, Brightline, and Welldoc, along with other digital healthcare brands.

Tom Kahl is an expert sales professional with a proven track record of helping early-stage companies scale rapidly. Prior to joining FORM, Tom served as Chief Revenue Officer for Hello Heart and as VP of Sales at Included Health (formerly Grand Rounds). Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Granular, GlobalEnglish Corporation, and Skillsoft.

FORM recently announced the launch of FORMFitTM, a new program helping employers expand access to high-quality, clinical obesity care while managing costs. Employers looking to control cost can leverage FORMfit to manage GLP-1s while also providing a high-impact obesity solution that utilizes lower-cost medications or no medication as appropriate. Employers can offer employees comprehensive wrap-around clinical care from FORM that maximizes weight loss results and their ROI. FORMfit allows employers to ensure that all employees with obesity have access to best-in-class, specialized clinical care rather than cutting off access due to budgetary constraints.
