Praxent Moves into 2024 with Strong Momentum, Executes over 60 Digital Initiatives for Financial Services Organizations

Fintech consulting and engineering firm reports strategic promotions, development of new practice areas

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Praxent, a financial technology consulting and engineering firm, shared highlights from 2023, including proven client success, strategic organizational changes, a SOC 2 Compliance Certification, and the launch of its Digital Banking Maturity Model.

Praxent executed over 60 digital initiatives for financial services organizations last year, helping companies like Nymbus, Plinqit, and TLIE modernize their offerings and accelerate time to market. As a result of its values-based culture and ability to turn can into done, Praxent achieved a 96.9% project success rate and a 96% referral rate.

Praxent continued to cultivate talent, adding 40 new team members. To continue delivering successful, ROI-positive impact for each of its clients’ unique project goals and needs, Praxent introduced three distinct practice areas: Fintech Products led by James Moughon,; Enterprise Solutions led by Ben Bays; and Fintech Talent led by Molly Middleton.

The company attended 20 financial services conferences. Notably, CEO Tim Hamilton was voted to the board of the Association of Financial Technology (AFT), one of the longest-standing financial technology-focused organizations. Garrett Harvey, Associate Delivery Director, presented at Insurance Systems Inc.’s conference on benchmarking digital insurance experiences and how to execute a transformation strategy.

"Last year at Praxent, we continued to prove that we have the talent, processes, and frameworks in place to reliably turn ‘can’ into ‘done’ for clients across the financial services space,” said Hamilton. “Our new practice areas further drive that success, providing the narrow focus and specialized skills that enable fintechs to command their own futures and reach their growth goals. I’m proud of all that we have accomplished together in 2023, and I look forward to what’s next.”
