As Chief Operating Officer, Mary Weber will drive change management initiatives, collaborating closely with group leaders to ensure coordination, communication and consistency globally. In addition, Mary will continue in her role as Chief Talent Officer, overseeing the strategic planning and initiatives that help Lincoln attract, retain and engage high performers.

Mary joined Lincoln 15 years ago, beginning in a client-advisory capacity and later fully transitioning to a talent role focused on the firm’s people in 2015. She provides leadership on many of Lincoln’s key initiatives beyond the talent function, applying her experience as an investment banker and her keen judgment about effectiveness, efficiency and operations garnered during her tenure at the firm.

Nick Baldwin, Managing Director, Valuations & Opinions Group | London

Nick advises alternative investment fund managers in both Europe and North America in the valuation of illiquid investments. He specializes in estimating the fair value of a wide array of financial instruments including private loans, preferred equity, common equity and warrant positions. Nick has been with Lincoln for more than a decade, starting in the Chicago office, transferring to New York and then relocating to London to help launch our European Valuations & Opinions Group, which has grown to more than 15 members, supporting burgeoning demand for valuations across the continent.

Charles de Fels, Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions | Paris

Charles has 15 years of extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, specializing in the industrial market in France and globally, specifically in companies involved in aerospace and defense and industrial distribution. Through a hands-on, collaborative approach, he advises companies on cross-border M&A, corporate divestitures and leveraged buyouts.

Over the past few years, Lincoln's Paris office has undergone significant expansion, culminating in a relocation to a larger office in 2022 to accommodate the sustained growth.
