WEST CHESTER, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Venerable Holdings, Inc. (“Venerable”) today announced the addition of Kristina Magolis, who will serve as the General Counsel of Venerable Investment Advisers, LLC (“Venerable Advisers”), its new wholly-owned subsidiary. In this capacity, Magolis will provide legal and regulatory guidance and subject matter expertise for legal matters relating to all aspects of Venerable Advisers. She will also serve as the Chief Legal Officer of Venerable Variable Insurance Trust, the variable insurance trust comprised of mutual funds that will be managed by Venerable Advisers. Magolis will be based in West Chester, PA.
Prior to joining Venerable, Magolis served as Associate General Counsel for Equitable Investment Management. There, she was responsible for the legal and regulatory oversight of both retail and insurance mutual funds, model portfolios and investment sub-advisers, and collaborated closely with leadership on business strategy, product development and corporate governance. She previously held positions at Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Equinox Funds.
Magolis is admitted to the bar in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, holds a J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University.
