Cambia Health Solutions Announces Leadership Changes

Lindsay Harris becomes Chief Commercial Officer, Aadam Hussain is new President & Chief Executive Officer of Healthcare Management Administrators, and Laurent Rotival is promoted to Executive Vice President

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cambia Health Solutions is pleased to announce several changes to its leadership team to support health plan growth and drive an improved health care experience for people and their families.

Lindsay Harris has been promoted to the new role of chief commercial officer to lead the day-to-day performance and growth of Cambia’s health plan business across the company’s four-state footprint, as well as leading network management, clinical services and marketing. Harris has more than 20 years of experience in health care, building and leading high-performing teams, most recently as president and chief executive officer of Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA), a Cambia company.

Aadam Hussain has been appointed president and chief executive officer of HMA, where he will drive ongoing innovation, growth and support in the design of high-quality affordable health plans for employers providing self-funded health benefits. Hussain brings considerable experience to this new role and has led digital programs and strategic partnerships for Cambia since 2020. Prior to Cambia, Hussain spent his career as both an operator and investor working with growth and early-stage health care companies across a variety of industries.

Laurent Rotival, who leads strategic technology solutions and serves as Cambia’s chief information officer, has been promoted to executive vice president. Rotival’s expertise and strategic thinking about the role of technology and data is critical to successfully meeting the needs of our customers and improving member experience.
