Foley Products Announces Acquisition of Coastal Precast of Florida, Inc.
NEWNAN, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On December 8, 2023, Foley Products Company, LLC (“Foley”) completed the acquisition of Coastal Precast of Florida, Inc. (“Coastal”). Coastal is located in Fort Myers, FL, 15 miles away from Foley’s existing pipe plant. With this acquisition, Foley will be able to offer a full range of pipe and precast products in the Southwest Florida market.
