ISN® Introduces New Proprietary AI Engine, InsightAI

InsightAI harnesses the power of Generative AI to help ISN customers discover insights from large sets of data and better inform worksite safety and business improvement decisions

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ISN, the global leader in contractor and supplier information management services, announced the launch of InsightAI, ISN’s new proprietary generative artificial intelligence (AI) engine. InsightAI uses AI to analyze data sets to classify and extract information based on identified patterns and themes. This technology enables ISN customers to consume and synthesize large volumes of data more efficiently.

“Sorting through disparate, complex data sets can be time-consuming and tedious. Dissecting data can also become a costly roadblock, especially when employee safety is on the line,” said Marie Anderson, Executive Vice President at ISN. “InsightAI accelerates the discovery of actionable trends and key findings for our customers by leveraging the latest generative AI models to quickly summarize large amounts of data, helping businesses implement targeted, sustainable and data-driven initiatives to improve safety.”

The first use case of InsightAI within the ISNetworld platform is through CultureSight®, ISN’s industry-leading service designed to help hiring organizations assess their company’s safety culture maturity by collecting feedback both from their employees and their third-party contractor workforce. InsightAI categorizes each free text comment based on CultureSight’s eight safety culture values. Additionally, InsightAI helps hiring organizations immediately discover consistent themes by summarizing thousands of free-text comments into five specific strengths and opportunities.

“The feedback we’ve received from customers on InsightAI’s capabilities has been very positive,” said Dag Yemenu, Executive Vice President at ISN. “By harnessing the power of generative AI responsibly, we are committed to continue providing innovative solutions that help drive safe and sustainable operations for our customers.”

Going forward, InsightAI will continue to be deployed across other groups of data sources connected to ISNetworld and ISN’s other brands. For more information about ISN’s industry-leading risk management tools, visit ISN.com.
