WilliamsMarston Expands to Philadelphia market with New Addition to Advisory Practice

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WilliamsMarston, a national leader in complex accounting, tax, and valuation services, has announced the appointment of David Charbonneau as a new Partner in its Advisory practice. He will be the first partner based out of Philadelphia and will spearhead the Firm’s growth in the region.

Mr. Charbonneau brings more than 20 years of experience across a range of accounting and financial topics to WilliamsMarston. His client work has centered on serving large public organizations through complex challenges, transactions, compliance, and regulatory matters. David has also supported leaders of high-growth companies throughout their entire life cycle from development stage to initial public offering. His work has spanned a multitude of industries, with a concentration in the technology, life sciences, and consumer products spaces.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, David was a Partner in BDO USA, LLP’s Accounting & Reporting Advisory Services (ARAS) group after being a Partner in KPMG LLP’s Audit practice. At BDO, he delivered a broad range of advisory services related to IPO readiness, debt and equity offerings, the technical accounting and reporting associated with bankruptcies and reorganizations, acquisitions and divestitures. While at KPMG, he served as the lead Audit Partner for many public and private companies in addition to being a leader within KPMG’s revenue recognition network.
