COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--COPT Defense Properties (NYSE: CDP) (“COPT Defense” or the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.285 per common share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2023. The fourth quarter 2023 dividend represents an annualized amount of $1.14 per share and is payable on January 18, 2024, to shareholders of record on December 29, 2023.
