Soloviev Group Offering Shorter-term Furnished Luxury Rentals

The Rian -- 7 W. 57th Street -- A Home Not a Hotel

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Soloviev Group has announced that is now offering a limited number of short-term rentals at its residences at 7 W. 57th Street – The Rian. The fully furnished luxury apartments are available for 30 days to six months.

“There is simply no other luxury rental like it on the market,” says Stefan Soloviev, chairman of the Soloviev Group, which owns and manages the building. “While my late father developed the building as condominiums, I realized that the real need in Midtown was exclusive, high-end rentals,” he said.

The initial lease-up of the new construction building exceeded expectations, with only one long-term home left available for rent. At the same time, there were overwhelming requests for shorter-term furnished rentals from famous actors and singers to international businesspeople who demand luxury and require privacy.

During the initial lease-up, Soloviev provided furnished units to tenancies. The first of the furnished homes is now becoming available in November.

The Rian provides the unique opportunity to live in a two-bedroom, full-floor home with designer furnishings and high-end finishes including custom bulthaup kitchens, Gaggenau appliances, Statuario Venatino marble bathrooms with heated floors, a Lutron smart home system, electric blinds, and Miele washer/dryers.

The boutique building is understated elegance at its best – exclusive and discreet, a quiet oasis in “the city that never sleeps.” It features a full-time doorman, virtual concierge service, adjacent garage parking and dine-in delivery from Cucina 8½. Yearly residents include business leaders, heads of state and high-net-worth individuals from New York and around the world seeking a unique residence in the City in addition to their other homes.

Located between the Plaza Hotel and The Aman Hotel on iconic Billionaire’s Row, it is a home not a hotel -- ideal for people who want a luxury residence without the bothersome aspects of hotel living or long-term financial commitments.

Those interested in pricing and effortless leasing should contact broker Lauren Weiner of Atlas Real Estate New York: Lauren@atlas-ny.com, 646.494.9441. Pricing begins at $25,000 per month.

The Rian sits near virtually every Midtown amenity, including two dozen of the world’s leading fashion flagship stores and luxury shopping including: Chanel, Dior, Saint Laurent, Burberry, Vin Cleef, David Yurman, Louis Vuitton, and Bergdorf Goodman. It’s also near world-class restaurants including NOBU57, 8 ½, Cipriani, Avra, The Polo Bar and The Modern. It’s also steps away from Central Park and leading cultural attractions including Broadway theaters, the Museum of Modern Art and Carnegie Hall.
