Steve Kassin’s Infinity Real Estate Announces “Topping Off” of Garden Court Plaza

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Developer Infinity Real Estate, a wholly owned business unit of Infinity Collective, and its general contractor, HC Pody Construction Co., announced the “topping off” of 4701 Pine Street, a substantial newly constructed addition to the historic Garden Court Plaza in West Philadelphia. Designed by BLTa Architects, the 7-story, 198,000-square-foot tower will include 220 apartment units atop the existing parking garage and street front retail spaces. Located prominently at the corner of Pine and 47th Streets, the project is a significant enhancement to the neighborhood that bears the project’s name dating back to the 1920s.

The addition to the luxury residential rental complex will include 66 studios, 121 one-bedrooms and 33 two-bedrooms. Further, a comprehensive interior amenity package will feature co-working space, a fitness center, yoga and group fitness studio, media lounge, demo kitchen, children’s playroom, and bicycle storage. The outdoor spaces will boast large-scale communal spaces with pools, fire pits, grilling stations, a resident park, and dog run. Ample indoor parking will be available in a 2-level garage with a capacity of 260 vehicles.

Infinity Collective financed the project with a loan from Acore Capital, and has engaged Alterra Property Group to manage, market, and lease the building.

The project team consists of: Infinity Real Estate (developer), HC Pody Construction Company (general contractor), and BLTa (architects).
