Christian Mate serves as a featured speaker in Dallas as part of global event series.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Elara Caring, the full-scale, multi-state home health provider of clinical and personalized services across the patient continuum, has announced that its Chief Information Officer Christian Mate will deliver a keynote address at the ServiceNow World Forum: Dallas, a forum showcasing the latest innovations within the ServiceNow platform that drive growth for end-to-end digital transformation.

In his remarks, Mr. Mate will be discussing how Elara is working with ServiceNow to empower its caregiver workforce to deliver vital services to patients and clients wherever they call home, deploying such technologies as automated appointment scheduling; on-the-go schedule management and shift offerings; GPS-based travel route guidance; pre-visit management; digital documentation; and a 360-degree portal for patients/clients, their authorized family members and Elara.
