FRISCO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--United Commercial Development closed on an approximately 1.13 AC tract of land in the city of Frisco, Texas at the SWQ of U.S. Hwy. 380 & F.M. 423, known as Four Corners Shopping Center. Velvet Taco, a one-of-a-kind taco concept serving premium food in a unique, funky, fast-casual setting, will occupy the 2,500 SF building.
