Pahl brings an impressive professional background to ELGi. With an MBA degree from the University of Findlay in Ohio, he most recently served as the president of North America at Pfeiffer Vacuum. Before that, he occupied several strategic, commercial and operational leadership roles at well-known firms including Denios and Mann & Hummel. Outside of his professional endeavors, Pahl enjoys traveling, golf, and spending quality time with his wife and four children.

Since entering the U.S. in 2012, ELGi has significantly expanded its presence in the country. The company celebrated its 10-year anniversary in November 2022, marking a decade during which more than 10,000 air compressors were installed in facilities across North America. As ELGi looks to the future, the emphasis will be on continued U.S. expansion, job creation and attracting top talent. The company will also invest in new technologies and enhance existing ones.
