L’Air Liquide S.A. (Paris:Al) (the Company) entered into a liquidity contract on July 31, 2019, in accordance with the French Autorité des marchés financiers’ recognized market practice, with Exane, acting as liquidity provider. Such liquidity contract applies to the equity securities of the Company (ISIN Code: FR0000120073) listed on the Euronext Paris regulated market (the trading venue on which the transactions under the agreement are carried out).
As part of the merger of Exane into BNP Paribas, the liquidity agreement was assigned, with effect as of October 23, 2023, by Exane to BNP Paribas Arbitrage, an entity which holds the required authorisations and means to act as liquidity provider under such liquidity agreement, which the Company has agreed to.
The provisions of the liquidity agreement remain unchanged.
