New Utility Dealership for Metro New York

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. & AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Utility Trailer Manufacturing is pleased to announce Atlantic Utility’s acquisition of Utility Trailer Sales of New Jersey, Inc. based in North Brunswick.

Based in Thorofare NJ, just outside of Philadelphia, Atlantic Utility has long served South New Jersey and Southeast Pennsylvania, and will now expand its coverage into North Jersey, Metro New York and Long Island representing industry leading Utility Trailer products and services. Tom Barton (CEO) and Spencer Kiernan (CFO/COO) will continue in their current roles and oversee the combined entity.

Tom Barton stated, “Atlantic leadership extends a warm welcome to the Dwyer family and the entire Utility Trailer Sales of New Jersey team, to the new Atlantic Utility Trailer Sales, Inc. as we start this new chapter together.”

Current parts, service and sale facilities are located at Thorofare NJ and North Brunswick NJ, additional facilities will be strategically located to serve the expanding customer base.
