LAVAL, Québec & WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BIOQuébec and BioFlorida, preeminent life sciences associations from Québec and Florida, are proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
