Before joining EPSG, Baird held a prestigious position as Vice President & Merchant Services Risk Officer at Esquire Bank, where he successfully bolstered risk management compliance. Throughout his notable career, Baird has proven his strategic proficiency and operational excellence across several reputable organizations, including North American Bancard and J.P. Morgan, among others.
