Voya Financial again recertified as a “Great Place To Work”

2023 marks Voya’s eighth-consecutive year of certification

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), announced today that it has been certified as a Great Place To Work® by the independent analysts at Great Place To Work® — the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures — for the eighth consecutive year. This year, 87% of employees at Voya Financial said it is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
