LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pavilion Payments, the leading omnichannel payments provider exclusively serving the gaming industry, has announced Steve Ritchie will serve as its next chief revenue officer. Already having grown employment by 20 percent, Ritchie's addition to the team supports Pavilion Payments' commitment to investing in top talent and new resources to better serve its clients and fuel innovation in the gaming industry.
Ritchie brings a wealth of experience in deploying methodologies for private equity portfolio companies that generate hyper-growth, making him an invaluable addition to the Pavilion Payments team. In his new role, Ritchie will tap into his expertise in implementing disciplined processes to deliver quality and building high-performing teams to drive sustainable revenue growth for Pavilion Payments.
Ritchie’s professional journey encompasses a diverse range of sectors including technology and software. Before joining Pavilion Payments, Ritchie served as the chief revenue officer at three Riverside Company portfolio companies and has held sales leadership roles in Warburg Pincus and Genstar Capital portfolio companies. Under his leadership, he transformed teams’ focus toward new customer acquisition, implemented rigorous forecasting processes and successfully directed their efforts toward top-tier clients, significantly elevating their growth strategy.
“I am very excited to take on this new role and to help Pavilion bring innovation, integration, and a far superior customer experience to the gaming industry,” said Ritchie. “The gaming industry is evolving, and I'm honored to be a part of Pavilion Payments journey.”
Pavilion Payments has a demonstrable history as an excellent organization to work for. Earlier this year, 87% of Pavilion Payments employees said that it is a great place to work, which is 30% higher than a typical U.S. company.
“Steve’s role is a vital part of the company and after interviewing more than 100 people to find the right mix of experience, leadership and skills, we knew Steve would truly be an asset to the Pavilion Payments team. As we continue our transition to Pavilion Payments, Steve’s deep understanding of the industry will enable us to grow our business and ultimately better serve our customers,” said Christopher Justice, CEO of Pavilion Payments. “We warmly welcome Steve to the Pavilion Payments team as we push for further innovation in the gaming industry.”
