OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Federman & Sherwood has filed a lawsuit against Oklahoma City Attorney Daniel Eliot Yaffe for alleged legal malpractice, breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, fraud and deceit for his failure to exercise ordinary care, diligence, and judgment when representing his clients in a products liability case stemming from a devastating vehicle collision. As a result of Mr. Yaffe’s alleged wrongful acts, his clients were left without the ability to pursue their products liability case and without recourse for their injuries.
