The Center for Leadership Studies Announces Four New Programs in Their Performance Curriculum

CARY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS), the global home of the Situational Leadership® Model, announced the release of four new courses in their Performance Curriculum, designed to support leaders with the skills to overcome critical business challenges: Onboarding for Performance, Effective 1:1s, Team Meetings and Remote Leadership.

As organizations continue to navigate the challenges of the modern business environment, leaders need tactical solutions to increase their leadership efficiency.
